Remember the Sucorinvest Millennial Survey 2016 last February? Well, we’ve ended the poll and gained lots of mind-blowing results, reflecting the most unique generation in the millennium, Millennial.
Normally, what do you think of millennial? People often label them (or us, as the writer is the 1995-born millennial) as disloyal, spoiled and lately settled generation. We are judged as grasshoppers, jumping to one and another company only because of higher salary offers. We are accused of too consumptive, narcissist and careless of society.
I understand the view, and me too feel so sometimes. When you walk into a restaurant, you will surely see a group of young sitting in a round table, not talking each other, and once they laugh loud, it’s something funny on their phones. That’s what getting more and more normal nowadays. Even to older generation.
However, our in-depth findings results as myth buster. When you ask what the best combination in the world is, the answer might not be the police and gun, or the army and bazooka. But, it is the young and his smartphone. Here are some petitions raised by millennial via Change.org which suing the companies. The hype of online democracy platform busts the myth of millennial as ME GENERATION.
In our 700 respondents’ survey dominated by 84% millennial also reflects the working preferences. 52% of millennial prefer to be job creator instead of job seeker. And, amongst the soon-to-be professionals, 57.5% prefer casual clothing style.
